Fascinating information for preschoolers to teens, and grandparents.

My GD found a red spider mite the next week and was thrilled to link it back to the book. We have just started but she is a great little nature lover so this book will be a great guide.

I purchased this book for my 6 year old grandson who sat and read it with me and loved it ! Actually....so did Grandma. Interesting and informative and love the rhyming verse ! I'm now going to donate this lovely book to his school as a resource for his class.

I bought this to read with the reception class at my school because they’re building a little garden. It was a great talking point and fun read with them.

Beautiful book. I am tempted to not give it to my grandson and keep it for myself.

This book is so important for every child - everywhere. To gain knowledge and insights into what gives our world its nutrients is just so powerful. This book is well written, thought provoking and fun for kids!

The life rocks Soil Book is literally the best educational resource I’ve ever seen and in regard to soil microbiology for kids. It brings a fascinating world into a the minds of kids in an incredibly easy and accessible way. And the need for it is enormous. Humans understanding how important soil biology is, is incredibly underrated. Soil is life, in a very literal sense. Without living soils our species would not be able to survive on this planet. I couldn’t recommend this book more enthusiastically for schools and homeschoolers alike.

What a wonderful book for my grandchildren who love nature

I bought this as a gift for my grandson who is 2. I thought it was a great way to introduce him from the beginning of his life to the importance of soil and all it is and does. I’m blown away by the high quality and durability of the mat. The book is large and immediately captivated his attention and interest. He loved me reading him the story which is in rhyme. Thank you for creating this wonderful resource.

As a teacher, I can say that The Soil Book is a game-changer. Its size alone is impressive, making it a great center of attention for class discussions. This book is a beautiful investigation into our natural earth, my children love it's large format, easy to read font and eye catching illustrations. It is delightfully executed in both its informative/educational nature and eye catching, attention maintaining delivery! We love The Soil book!

The Soil Book is absolutely fantastic! My son is constantly asking questions about soil now, and this book answers them all with beautiful illustrations and engaging rhyming text. It's a large book, which makes it even more fun to explore together. The interactive learning sections are perfect for his hands-on curiosity.

This book is the perfect way to send my 4-year-old child to sleep. They have become obsessed by it for some reason, maybe its the colorful pictures. Whenever we are outside he is looking for worms :/ Thanks Life Rocks!

The rhyming words and big colourful illustrations are so immersing for children. For myself as an adult it has opened up an exciting universe beneath my feet I had overlooked. Simple, fun and profound!

As a Head Teacher of Science, parent and grandparent, this is an amazing book. If our kids are to thrive in this world they will need to understand nature through Science. I love the language used, scientific yet fun and accessible for kids. Beautifully illustrated. It would be a fantastic addition to any preschool and primary school. There just does not seem to be enough of this type of learning resource available. Highly recommended for all.

My kids absolutely love this book. My youngest is a bit young to read but loves the pictures! My 11 year old loves learning and finished the book as soon as he got it! He was telling us all about the facts from the book. I would 100% recommend to anyone who wants their kids to learn about our 🌎 in a fun and easy way! Asher is truly knowledgeable. Amazing!

My daughter's thoroughly enjoyed our journey through The Soil Book. Nice big pages beautifully illustrated. Simple, detailed and poetic. A great introduction to understanding the foundation of our food system and who is living in the ground we walk upon.

Our girls aged 4 and 6 love this book. It has sparked off many conversations, especially as we walk in the park, and we have all learnt a lot from it. They love the rhymes, and the illustrations are beautiful too! Such a great way to learn about nature!

Our 3 kids of various ages between 4-9 all loved this book. The large size means I can read it to all and no one is fighting over who can see what. And the content is super clear and insightful for a child. Should be distributed to all kindergartens in my opinion!

They just don't make kids books like this anymore! Essential for anyone with a kid. Modern society is hard to navigate without resources like this. Respect to the LR team ❤️

What a joy. Every time I read it they say AGAIN AGAIN AGAIN. It is fun to read. It is delightful for them to watch and listen. Now when we walk out in nature, they are on their knees looking at the soil very carefully and trying to find all the magical creatures that they see in the SOIL BOOK. Every grandma and grandpa should get it for their grandchildren. It will be a hit, I promise you. If you are a parent, then this is a must have on the shelf for your kids. I can't wait for the rest of the series. This is just the start of an exciting journey. Helping kids connect to nature and a lifelong love of the beautiful world around us. Enjoy. Visually stunning and enlightening journey into other worlds. This book is jammed with interesting, well versed information as well as exciting and detailed illustrations, making insects seem to jostle right of the pages. 10/10

As an educator it is refreshing to see a life sciences education book so well researched and delightfully illustrated.

The Soil Book is visually fascinating and the fun rhyming text is an easy read that explains the complex nature of the micro to macro world of healthy soil. So much for kids and adults to love and learn together in this one BIG book!

I absolutely loved this book. I know it's a kids book, but as an adult, I enjoyed every moment. The rhymes were upbeat, the illustrations were remarkable and the education was perfectly weaved into one BIG book. Highly recommend for children and can confirm as the parent or adult you'll enjoy reading it too.

This book is the perfect blend of education and connection. We read it out at our family gatherings and the kids are quickly engaging, asking questions, wanting to go and investigate the soil and fungi kingdom. The graphics are immaculate, highly recommend for any one involved with kids to get a hold of this earthy book!
