Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Mittagong, NSW. We dispatch two times per week, Monday and Thursday. Orders placed between dispatch days will be sent on the next available dispatch date.

Domestic Shipping
Australia All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes follow Australia Post standard estimates from Mittagong NSW 2575. Free shipping is applied automatically on all orders over $500 AUD.

International Shipping
We ship internationally via Australia Post. International delivery timeframes vary by destination and follow Australia Post international estimates. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Damaged Goods If your order arrives damaged we sincerely apologise. Please photograph the damage and send photos to us directly. Upon receipt and verification of photos we will issue a full refund including your original shipping cost.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for any reason, including change of mind, provided the product is returned unused and undamaged.

Upon receiving the returned item in undamaged condition we will issue a full refund including your original shipping cost. Return postage is at the customer's expense.
